Our project is located in one of central areas of Alanya — Bektas. Our building land is situated in forest area at an attitude of 750 m above sea level and in total makes 7000 m2 . There are 17 villas upon this land made into the Complex, 15 of these villas are detached, 2 twin.
There are 2 outdoor swimming pools and 1 indoor swimming pool in this Complex. The Complex has Turkish bath, sauna and fitness center.
Our project is situated at a direct distance of 3400 m from the sea or 7,000 meters to the see down the road. While the humidity in Alanya is 80%, alongside the Complex it is measured as 40%.
